1. Subscription Plans

Quiz Cabin offers monthly subscription plans (Pro and Premium) that provide credits for AI-powered features such as text generation and image generation. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled.

2. Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. This cooling-off period applies to your first subscription payment only.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • You request a cancellation within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing).
  • The service was significantly unavailable or not functioning as described during your billing period.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free credits provided to all users are non-refundable and have no monetary value.
  • Subscription renewals after the 14-day cooling-off period, unless the service was materially defective.
  • Credits that have already been consumed for AI generation services.

6. Refund Method

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
